The single best decision I made was working with Jaime Baker. With her tireless work ethic and encyclopedic knowledge of the market, having her on my team made this deal happen. She listened to everything I wanted in a house and found it for me within 2 days of meeting her. She told me what to offer and ended up saving me 15% off the asking price by using her market understanding, and inspection report to give me an excellent deal. Yet her thorough work also made the sellers comfortable with the offer and helped them understand why it was fair to get them to agree to sell to me. Her attention to detail and figuratively holding my hand as I filled out the paperwork was a very appreciated comfort. She was able to read my needs before I even knew I needed something. She was in constant contact throughout the process yet not overbearing which I feared when signing with a real estate agent in general. She did not push houses at the absolute highest end of my budget, she spent the time to hear my wants/needs and found me a house that worked the best for me and where I am in my life. I will be shocked if she is not one of the most popular real estate agents in Houston in the near future. The combination of her personality, knowledge, drive and the backing the best Brokerage in Houston will make her a force in the future. I will be recommending her to my friends and family when the time comes for them to buy/sell, which is the highest recommendation I think I could make for a somebody.
