Apartment Locating Services

Fill out the Tenant Criteria form on our Apartment Locating page. You may also email us at leasing@bakerhtx.com to let us know what exactly you're looking for. We need to know things like: area of town you'd like to be in, price range, how many beds/baths you need, pets that will be living with you, preferred amenities, and any other special requirements you may have that we need to know of (i.e. short term lease).   

After you have narrowed down your top selection of apartment choices, map them out and start touring! Keep us posted and let us know if you have any questions that we can help you with. We will want to verify that you're getting the absolute best deal that you can. 

Remember, this is a FREE service to you! This is how we get paid. So we need your help. Each apartment will ask you to fill out a guest card, which will ask “who referred you to the property.” Please write Baker & Co. on your guest card. 

Also, when you fill out your application, you will be asked again “who referred you to the property.” Please remember to write us down on the application as well.
